Tariff & Terms

Tariff Our room rates are from £80.00 to £150.00 per room. All prices are quoted per room per night based on two people sharing. They include a full English breakfast and include VAT. Single occupancy is available at a £30 per night discount. Since we do not retain a customer’s credit or debit card details we take a £50.00 deposit to make a room reservation. Payment for the balance should be made prior to departure. Please note payment by credit card will attract an additional charge of 2%.

Arrival and Departure

Rooms are available from 4.00pm. As we are only a small guest house, we do ask that guests arrive by 8.00pm. If you would like to arrive earlier or later please let us know at the time of booking and we will do all we can to accommodate you. Afternoon tea is served on your day of arrival from 4.00pm. Check out time is 10.30am (unless otherwise arranged).

Children

Children 12 years old or over are welcome but we do not have the facility to place extra beds in the room.  Any rooms accommodating children will be offered at the tariff rate.

Cancellations

• For cancellations confirmed in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival we will refund your deposit in full.
• For cancellations confirmed in writing less than 14 days prior to arrival we will retain your deposit unless we are able to relet the room(s) in which case we will refund your deposit in full.
• It is possible to take out  insurance against cancellation and you might want to consider this
